While there are many companies offering overseas post-production imaging services, none of them are focused on the specific requirements and skill set needed for the clothing and fashion industry.
Trend was founded by Wesley Thornberry after a 20 year career in the fashion/clothing ecommerce industry with GAP Inc. Wesley designed the User Interface for the first oldnavy.com and bananarepublic.com websites, established retouching and post-production standards for all GAP brands photography, and made it possible to outsource 70% of post-production imaging. Unfortunately, companies offering outsourced imaging services were very inconsistent in terms of quality and consistency. So, Wesley decided to start his own company, Trend Digital, in Mongolia that caters specifically to the needs of fashion and clothing retailers.
